All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully.
For the first 14 days after your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Items that show signs or have been opened may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.
Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
International returns, please mark the item as “VENDOR RETURN” to avoid duties and customs.
Following items cannot be returned once opened
Special Order Items, Nokia OZO Camera, Software, Batteries, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its “blister-pack”.
Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed.
Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water
Please allow 8 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Radiant Images, Inc. reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above-mentioned requirements.
